Reviews and Ratings
The hotel features comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms, although the window view could be better. The service is welcoming and friendly, with some slower housekeeping. The location is great for shops and dining, but some noise disruptions may occur. The dining experience offers a good variety, though it can feel repetitive for longer stays.
I was a bit let down by the small room size and outdated furniture at this Protea hotel. However, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was convenient, but there were a few drawbacks like noise in the area. The dining options didn't meet my expectations, but I found great alternatives nearby.
The hotel had fantastic rooms with delicious breakfast in a tidy, neat place, but the views were limited to other buildings. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially with Manager Gideon who resolved a small problem exceptionally well. The location was superb, close to the seafront and great restaurants; however, the dining options were a bit expensive and not worth it.
